Natwar Singh claimed that Dr. S D Sharma was offered primeministrial post

In editorial of Rajasthan Patrika dated July 04, 2012, he claimed that after assassination of Rajeev Gandhi , Mr Sharma, then vice-president was offered this post but he refused due to health reasons. So P V Narsimha Rao was nominated for p.m. post. But do you believe this?  Why this disclosure after more than 20 years and both leaders are not there? Read full post here
